New baby

Ah, the excitement of a new baby!  I had the honor of meeting this new baby girl, Savi, at Abington Memorial Hospital.  The first 48 hours of a child’s life are an unforgettable time for a growing family.

I’d like to introduce you to a “Fresh 48” session.  If you’re unfamiliar with the term, “Fresh 48 Photography” is for new families who want the first 24 to 48 hours of their babies’ lives captured.  There are very few (if any) things in life that are more raw, important, and emotional than having a child.  For a lot of moms and dads, the hours and days after delivery can be a blur because of the intensity of labor and all of the changes that come so suddenly after a baby is born.  I want you to REMEMBER how beautiful the two of you looked as brand-new parents.  I want you to remember just how it felt to look at your newborn and marvel at how fresh and new they looked as they made their way into the world.  There’s simply nothing like it!

Baby Savi already reminds me a lot of her big sister, Asha.  She is so alert and is just as sweet as can be!  I knew Asha was going to make an amazing sister, but she really impressed me.  She bought her two favorite lovies, one of them a bear, and she decided to mimic mom by breastfeeding. That moment melted my heart, and I’m so glad I was there to capture that memory and so many others.  I’m excited to see this new family of four next week to document a newborn session in their home.  Thank you, Neha and Ritesh, for making me a part of this special time for your family!  I enjoyed every second with you!  I’d love to capture more “Fresh 48” magic, so please reach out here to schedule your session today!
